Founded in 1989, Guangzhou Banjing Electric Copper Co., Ltd. is the first professional enterprise of inductive copper raw and busway of Guangdong Province. It is located in Shenshan Industrial Area, Jianggao Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, adjacent to Guangzhou-Qingdao Expressway, Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, and only 20 minutes’ drive from Guangzhou New International Airport, enjoying convenient traffic.
At present, we employ over 350 people, including more than 80 high and intermediate-level technicians and management staff, and occupy a floor area of 18,000 square meters and a construction area of 13,500 square meters, with an annual output of copper row of over 10,000 tons and an annual output value over 800 million yuan. Its newly established Shanghai Banjing Copper Material Co., Ltd. has been put into formal production in December 2003, which is located in Shanghai Integrative Industrial Zone in Shanghai, covering a plant covers an area of 24,000 square meters and a construction area of over 10,000 square meters.
Our (TMY) copper busway production lines are equipped with advanced and highly automatic equipment, such as water " oxygen free" copper wire furnace, continuous extrusion machine production line and hydraulic stretching line to increase production efficiency. Meanwhile, it has completed the technical upgrading project to meet all needs of our customers. Our product quality has turned out to be stable and qualified through test and approval of the Guangdong Import and Export Commodity Inspection Institute and Guangzhou Municipal Product Monitoring and Testing Institute, with various technical indicators meeting GB/2529-2005 Standard. Our copper rows are widely used in high and low voltage power distribution cabinets, transformers and busways and other complete sets of equipment.
Busway is a new product independently developed by our company to meet market demand based on copper raw. Our company is the first professional manufacturer of copper row and busway, which integrates development, production, sale and installation as a whole, owning unparalleled advantages in the industry. We have a technical research and development team of full-time senior engineers who developed BJKC, BJMC series and BJMC-2A series of busways. Our originative copper-coated busway technology has passed a comprehensive test and passed China Compulsion Certification ("CCC" for short). Adopting DuPont insulating materials of the United States, "Banjing" busways feature various levels and models, including IP33, IP40, IP44, IP54, IP65 and IP67, etc, with technical parameters having reached the internationally advanced level.
Our products are widely used in key national projects and have received high praises, Such as the Olympic Sports Center in Guangzhou, Shenzhen BYD Car, China Petrochemical Building, Jiangmen Southeast Asia Shipping Co. Ltd., the new Convention and Exhibition Center, Guangzhou Metro, Shenzhen Assembly Hall for China Hi-tech Fair, Yangtze River Three Gorges Project, the new Baiyun Airport and Hong Kong's new airport and other ancillary works.
